Dawn L. Wall has built a respected legal career spanning more than twenty-five years, guiding clients through challenging commercial, civil, employment, and insurance-related disputes. She has appeared before multiple state and federal courts, using her extensive litigation background to help clients address complex issues with clarity and strategic direction.
Dawn began her academic path at Kentucky Wesleyan College, completing her B.S., Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in 1984. She continued on to Southern Illinois University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in 1987. These degrees established the foundation for her analytical approach to varied litigation and workers’ compensation matters.
Dawn has handled matters involving business disputes, municipal issues, trade secret and technology concerns, and employment litigation. She also manages workers’ compensation cases for injured workers and self-insured employers. Her dedication to service has been recognized with the Women’s Bar Association Achievement Award and the “Volunteer of the Year” honor from Prairie State Legal Services.
Dawn continues to support her profession and community through involvement with the Illinois State Bar Association, the McLean County Bar Association, and the Robert C. Underwood Inn of Court. She has also served roles such as mediator, arbitrator, and board member in local organizations, reflecting her commitment to fair resolution and public service.
Dawn brings the same steady focus to each client, drawing on her courtroom experience in the Illinois Supreme Court, multiple Appellate Courts, federal courts in the Northern and Central Districts, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
