Todd C. Passman

Todd C. Passman is a respected Florida attorney with more than two decades of experience representing clients in personal injury, insurance, business, and maritime disputes. Todd completed his education in Fort Pierce, Florida, graduating from Fort Pierce Westwood High School in 1991. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1995 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1998. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Georgia Bar and also practices before multiple United States District Courts across both states.

Todd began his legal career as a Judicial Clerk for the Coweta Judicial Circuit under Judge Aubrey Duffey, gaining valuable experience in civil litigation. Following his clerkship, he joined a well-known civil defense firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he handled litigation and trials on behalf of insurance companies, government entities, and individuals. His professional journey later took him abroad, working for eight years in the insurance industry in Istanbul, Turkey, and Bucharest, Romania, where he managed a division of a European Union–based insurance company.
