Logan K. McEwen

Logan K. McEwen is a skilled partner-level attorney whose practice spans intellectual property, commercial litigation, tort liability, and real estate law. He offers strategic legal guidance to businesses, helping them manage regulatory compliance, licensing, business contracts, litigation, and risk across various industries.

Logan earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law, where he was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif. During law school, he served as Secretary of the Black Law Students Association and participated in mock trial competitions. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of West Florida, where he was recognized with the Outstanding Legal Student Award by the Department of Justice Studies.

Licensed to practice in Florida and all three U.S. District Courts in the state, Logan advocates for clients in both trial and appellate courts. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection and registration, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability claims, and internal corporate governance and compliance matters.

Logan K. McEwen actively contributes to the legal community through his work with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid’s eviction defense clinics and as an advisor for The Innovative Community Engagement Foundation. He is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and participates in the Environmental & Real Estate and Franchising & Intellectual Property Sections of the Florida Bar.
