Elena P. Serna is a Senior Associate Attorney with a strong focus on litigation. Elena also handles homeowner concerns and is skilled in resolving tenant cases and mechanics’ lien actions for commercial clients.

Elena began her educational journey at the University of New Mexico, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Philosophy in 2005. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2009. Her legal education laid the foundation for her precise, client-focused approach in civil litigation.

Before her current role, Elena worked as in-house counsel for a major insurance company and as a partner at a civil defense law firm.
