Andrew J. Quesada is an experienced litigation attorney who focuses on business law, employment matters, real estate disputes, construction claims, and appellate & motion practice. With a background shaped by military life, he brings discipline and perspective to every legal challenge. Andrew takes pride in solving tough problems for his clients.
Andrew began his academic path with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. Andrew is also an Honor Graduate of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School. His work earned him the LAMP Award for Excellence in Legal Assistance from the American Bar Association.
Andrew is admitted to practice in the Texas State Bar and several appellate courts, including the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Western District of Texas and the 5th Circuit. He has been admitted to the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. His dedication is backed by a solid record of courtroom experience.
Andrew is active in professional associations, including the State Bar of Texas – Litigation Division, the San Antonio Bar Association, the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, and the Federal Bar Association – San Antonio Chapter. As a veteran and the son of a veteran, Andrew stays involved with causes that support military families and legal aid for service members.
