Tyler J. Oldenburg

Tyler J. Oldenburg is a seasoned Florida-based attorney whose litigation practice spans business torts, contract disputes, non-compete enforcement, and complex commercial cases. He has served as lead trial counsel in multimillion-dollar litigation, earning defense verdicts and successful outcomes in jury and bench trials, including cases involving trade secrets, employment agreements, and corporate disputes.

Tyler graduated with a Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and has built his legal career in Jacksonville, where he remains deeply involved in the professional and civic community.

Tyler’s practice also includes bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, shareholder litigation, and real estate disputes. His litigation strategy is complemented by transactional experience in business formation, acquisitions, employment agreements, and real estate deals. As part of his outside general counsel practice, he provides holistic counsel to businesses.

Tyler has secured notable victories, including successfully defending a municipality against a $12.5 million breach of contract claim and prevailing in a trade secret and contract dispute on behalf of former employees. He has also led high-profile litigation involving a celebrity shareholder dispute tied to major product sales on the Home Shopping Network.
