Lindsay M. Harris

Lindsay M. Harris is the CEO and Estate & Business Planning Attorney at Harris Law & Co. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where she serves as owner and managing member. Her practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, probate and estate administration, business succession planning, asset protection, charitable planning, estate tax planning, and special needs planning. Lindsay helps families and businesses create structures intended to protect assets, prepare for life changes, and support long-term planning goals.

Lindsay graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Spanish. She then graduated with High Honors from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
