Jay M. Fulk

Jay M. Fulk is the attorney and owner of Fulk Law Office, Inc. in Fairbanks. His firm serves Alaska clients in matters involving family law, criminal defense, estate planning, probate, and related disputes. He opened the practice in 2021 after working as an associate attorney in Fairbanks. Fulk earned a Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from Concordia University School of Law in 2019, graduating at the top of his class. He previously earned a Bachelors degree in Justice and an Associates degree in Business Finance from the University of Alaska in 2016. In law school, he was a two-year law review member and served as Executive Managing Editor, and his article was selected for publication in the 2018 Concordia Law Review Journal.

Fulk clerked at Downes, Tallerico, & Schwalm during two summers of law school and then joined the firm as an associate after graduation. He remained there for a little over two years before opening his own office. His legal practice combines courtroom-oriented work with planning and advisory matters, allowing him to assist clients with family disputes, criminal cases, estate planning, probate administration, and other issues that may require negotiation or litigation.

Jay M. Fulk is admitted to practice in Alaska and is a member of the Alaska Bar Association.
