Lisa M. Prostrollo

Lisa M. Prostrollo is a partner at Redstone Law Firm in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where she leads the Litigation practice group and is a member of the Business Law and Trust and Estate Administration practice groups. Her practice includes business transactions and negotiations, real estate matters, business planning, commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, trust and estate litigation, and real estate law. Lisa works with clients on both business planning and contested matters that require strategic legal analysis.

Lisa earned a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of South Dakota in 2006 and an M.B.A. from the University of South Dakota in 2007. She received her J.D. with honors from the University of South Dakota in 2010. Her combined business and legal education supports work involving commercial transactions, corporate disputes, real estate, and trusts and estates. It also provides a practical foundation for analyzing the financial and operational issues that often accompany business litigation and planning.

Lisa previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Glen A. Severson of the Supreme Court of South Dakota, reviewing appellate briefs, preparing for oral arguments, and assisting with research and decisions. She also clerked for judges of the Second Judicial Circuit of South Dakota. After practicing at Redstone, she worked as a Vice President and Trust Officer at Citibank before returning to private practice as a partner, adding trust administration experience to her litigation and business background.

Lisa has written on constitutional and tribal civil authority issues in the South Dakota Law Review and participates in the American Bar Association, State Bar of South Dakota, and Second Circuit Bar Association. As litigation team lead, she combines courtroom perspective with business and trust experience. Lisa M. Prostrollo helps clients evaluate disputes, negotiate transactions, manage real estate and ownership issues, and address trust or estate conflicts with careful preparation and practical legal judgment.
