Lindsay D. Steele focuses her practice primarily on consumer bankruptcy law. She has helped countless clients regain financial stability through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. Her experience also includes legal representation in probate and guardianship matters, providing broad support during difficult times.

Ms. Steele holds a Juris Doctor from Texas A&M School of Law at Texas Wesleyan University, where she was active in the Student Bar Association. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Texas Tech University in 2005. Her academic foundation laid the groundwork for a career centered on advocacy and service.

Before launching her own firm, Ms. Steele served as an associate at two respected bankruptcy law firms in the DFW Metroplex, where she gained extensive experience in consumer bankruptcy and represented clients in district courts throughout Texas. Her prior role as Chair of the Tarrant County Bankruptcy Bar and her ongoing involvement in key professional organizations highlight her leadership, credibility, and strong reputation in the Texas bankruptcy law community.

Recognized by Fort Worth Magazine as a “Top Attorney” from 2012 to 2021, Lindsay D. Steele is known for her professionalism and commitment to helping individuals overcome legal and financial challenges. She continues to make a meaningful impact through her practice and pro bono work, including service with Texas Lawyers for Texas Veterans.
