Vienna Flores Anaya

Vienna Flores Anaya is a skilled attorney and Partner in the Dallas office of Jackson Walker. She is part of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring, & Recovery practice group. With deep experience across industries such as healthcare, hospitality, retail, and energy, Vienna helps clients handle complex financial and legal issues with focus and clarity. Her work supports debtors, creditors’ committees, bankruptcy trustees, and financial institutions through every phase of bankruptcy cases.

Vienna earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University. She received her J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law.

During law school, Vienna served as president of both the Student Bar Association and the Hispanic Law Student Association. She also contributed as a reporter for The Law and Business Review of the Americas. Her leadership roles and academic achievements reflect a strong foundation for her current practice.

Vienna’s litigation experience includes successful representation in fraudulent transfer and preference actions. She brings a strategic approach to helping clients through bankruptcy and restructuring, ensuring both legal compliance and business goals are met.
