Lillian E. Eyrich

Lillian E. Eyrich is a senior associate at Steeg Law Firm, LLC, with more than 35 years of experience in real estate and title insurance law. Eyrich earned her B.S. from the University of North Carolina in 1982 and her J.D. from Tulane Law School in 1985. Admitted to the Louisiana Bar the same year, she is also a licensed title insurance agent. Before joining Steeg Law Firm, LLC in 1999, she worked as in-house underwriting counsel for national title insurers, gaining critical insight into title standards and underwriting practices that continues to inform her work today.

Eyrich has extensive experience coordinating title insurance for commercial and residential transactions, including hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, and multi-state portfolio sales and financings. She regularly represents clients in purchase agreements, leases, servitudes, and secured transactions. Known for solving complex title issues, she has facilitated multimillion-dollar transactions by ensuring smooth closings and timely resolution of title concerns.
