Leonid Kisselev is a registered patent attorney with a well-rounded background in science and law. Leonid advises clients on intellectual property protection in the U.S. and internationally, with experience in patents, education seminars, and public IP outreach.
Leonid earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Cellular, Molecular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Washington in 2006. He later completed a Master of Science in Chemistry in 2008 and graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law in 2012.
Leonid began his career in research as a research associate at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. This scientific foundation enriches his current work in patent law, where he guides clients through IP filing strategies and global protection efforts. His technical and legal expertise make him a strong advocate for innovation-driven businesses.
Leonid shares his knowledge through continuing legal education seminars on intellectual property and has delivered lectures on IP topics to general audiences. He was also active in law school, serving with the Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal and the Technological Law Society.
Leonid is licensed to practice in Washington State and registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
