Andrew Parker is a nationally recognized trial attorney with over three decades of litigation experience, including founding three law firms and consistently being named among Minnesota’s top 5% of attorneys since 1998. As lead trial counsel, he has secured numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements in complex cases involving civil rights, defamation, employment, and commercial disputes.
Mr. Parker is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple federal and state courts across Minnesota, Arizona, North Dakota, Colorado, and the District of Columbia. His litigation practice spans business and employment law, defamation, labor arbitration, property tax appeals, FDCPA defense, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property matters.
Mr. Parker holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota’s Walter F. Mondale School of Law (1988), a Master’s degree from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs (1988), and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics (1983), also from the University of Minnesota. His academic and legal foundation supports a wide-ranging practice spanning business litigation, labor arbitration, employment law, shareholder disputes, FDCPA defense, and property tax appeals.
Mr. Parker has represented high-profile public entities and private clients alike, including the University of Minnesota, the City of Minneapolis, and the Metropolitan Council. He has also successfully handled hundreds of commercial property tax appeals and defended numerous FDCPA claims.
Andrew Parker hosts The Andrew Parker Show and is a regular speaker at legal conferences. His accolades include AV Preeminent ratings from Martindale-Hubbell, recognition as a Minnesota Super Lawyer (1998–2025), and inclusion in America’s Top 100 Bet-The-Company Litigators®. Mr. Parker is also deeply involved in community leadership through organizations like AIPAC and the Minneapolis Jewish Federation.
