Kaylen K. Akert

Kaylen K. Akert is a partner at Woods Aitken, where she helps businesses and individuals navigate transactions, real estate matters, estate planning, and financial services. She works closely with business owners, investors, and families to provide strategic legal guidance that protects their assets and ensures long-term success.

Kaylen earned her law degree cum laude from Creighton University School of Law, where she was president of the Student Bar Association, senior lead articles editor for the Creighton Law Review, and a Moot Court Board member. She also received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. She holds a B.A. in English and History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
