Krystal Baez

Krystal Baez Esq. is the Senior Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Rachel L. Rado, where she has been a key member of the team for over five years. Her role is both client-facing and leadership-driven, as she helps manage the firm’s attorney and paralegal staff while handling a broad spectrum of immigration cases. Known for her empathy, cultural awareness, and legal precision, Krystal plays an essential role in guiding clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Krystal earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2017. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Italian from Vassar College, where she also studied abroad at the Università di Bologna, gaining deep exposure to international perspectives and legal traditions.

Krystal began her immigration law career as a student intern at a Boston immigration firm, where she developed a strong foundation in humanitarian and family-based immigration. Upon graduation, she joined the Law Offices of Rachel L. Rado and quickly became a central part of the practice. Today, she represents clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), marriage-based petitions, consular processing, U visas for crime victims, T visas for human trafficking survivors, and removal defense.

Fluent in Spanish, Krystal builds strong relationships with the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they feel fully informed and supported throughout their legal journey. Her Dominican heritage and cultural fluency allow her to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.
