Kristin Brown Banda

Kristin Brown Banda is a member at Davis Stephenson, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families. She advises clients on complex estate planning strategies, transfer tax and charitable planning, marital property, probate, and fiduciary matters. Kristin earned her J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2010, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law and Business Review of the Americas. She holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame.

Kristin is a Board Certified estate planning and probate attorney, certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. A Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), Kristin is also an active member of the State Bar of Texas Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section, where she has helped plan leading continuing legal education programs for estate planning and probate lawyers.
