Kristin Brown Banda

Kristin Brown Banda is a member at Davis Stephenson, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families. She advises clients on complex estate planning strategies, transfer tax and charitable planning, marital property, probate, and fiduciary matters. Kristin also brings valuable experience in estate administration, business entity formation, real estate transactions, and fiduciary litigation.

Kristin earned her J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2010, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law and Business Review of the Americas. She holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame.

Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Kristin is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and an active member of the State Bar of Texas’s Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section, where she has served on several planning committees for top-tier legal education courses.
