Kristi O’Brien

Kristi O’Brien is a Seattle business attorney at Montgomery Purdue PLLC, with more than 25 years of experience advising clients on business transactions and health care law compliance. He assists companies throughout the business lifecycle, including formation, partnership and shareholder agreements, joint ventures, employment agreements, service contracts, distribution and sales agreements, loans, leases, and business purchases and sales. She further serves as outside general counsel to clients across multiple industries.
