Todd C. Fahey is a Concord, New Hampshire attorney who advises businesses, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, and other clients on commercial and real estate matters. Todd earned his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in English from Columbia College at Columbia University. Over more than two decades in legal practice, Todd helped organize and serve as counsel to influential New Hampshire nonprofit organizations, guiding many through difficult transitions. New Hampshire courts, at the request of the state attorney general’s office, appointed him as a special trustee to stabilize nonprofits and charitable trusts in distress, including two of the state’s largest organizations. His background also includes running small businesses and pursuing entrepreneurial ventures.
Todd C. Fahey has also contributed to New Hampshire through public policy and nonprofit leadership. During eight years as State Director for AARP New Hampshire, he helped lead advocacy involving prescription drug reforms, adoption of the Uniform Power of Attorney Act, and age-friendly community initiatives. He has held board leadership roles with Catholic Charities New Hampshire, served on several nonprofit boards, and served on the Town of Bow Zoning Board of Adjustment.
