Callie Buys Rogers provides comprehensive legal counsel to businesses on a wide range of corporate matters. Her practice includes business formation, contract drafting and negotiation, trademark registration, and employment law compliance. Known for her practical approach, she helps clients manage legal risk while supporting their strategic business goals.
Callie earned her B.A., cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2004, and her J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2010. While in law school, she was a member of the George Washington University Law Review, where she developed strong skills in legal research and analysis.
Since the start of her legal career, Callie has helped businesses at every stage—from early‑stage startups to established companies—navigate critical contracts and deals. She drafts and negotiates essential agreements, including independent contractor agreements, nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), and business asset purchase contracts. Callie also supports brands and creators by structuring influencer marketing partnerships and reviewing complex commercial agreements with large national corporations.
Callie is licensed to practice in Utah and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah (2010) and the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals (2013). Her federal and appellate court admissions demonstrate her ability to support clients through complex legal processes at multiple levels.
