Callie Buys Rogers

Callie Buys Rogers provides comprehensive legal counsel to businesses on a wide range of corporate matters. Her practice includes business formation, contract drafting and negotiation, trademark registration, and employment law compliance. Callie earned her B.A., cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2004, and her J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2010. While in law school, she was a member of the George Washington University Law Review, where she developed strong skills in legal research and analysis.

Since beginning her legal career, Callie has advised clients ranging from startups to established companies. She drafts and negotiates key documents such as independent contractor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and business asset purchase contracts. Her experience also includes assisting companies in structuring marketing partnerships with influencers and reviewing complex agreements involving large national corporations.

Callie is licensed to practice in Utah and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah (2010) and the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals (2013). Her federal and appellate court admissions demonstrate her ability to support clients through complex legal processes at multiple levels.
