Kit Longnecker

Kit E. Longnecker is an associate attorney at Livelihood Law, representing employees in various employment law matters. Kit earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado – Boulder. A native of Colorado, she combines her deep understanding of state labor dynamics with a strong legal foundation to provide insightful and practical counsel to clients.

Kit assists employees with claims involving retaliation, sexual harassment, whistleblower protections, unpaid wages, severance negotiations, and unemployment benefits. Her early start with Livelihood Law as a student intern in May 2023 provided her with hands-on experience that now strengthens her role as a trusted associate attorney.
