Kyla Cole

Kyla Cole is a dedicated trial attorney representing individuals in personal injury and employee rights matters. Kyla began her education at the University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts in 1994. She later attended Texas Tech University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate, graduating summa cum laude. During law school, she served as a Board of Barristers officer and earned honors such as Order of the Coif and membership in Phi Delta Phi.

Licensed to practice in Texas and several U.S. District Courts, Kyla began her legal career by representing workers facing discrimination and harassment. She quickly earned a reputation for standing up to employers, large and small, on behalf of her clients. Her early litigation work laid the foundation for a strong courtroom presence.

Kyla later became a partner at a national personal injury law firm. Over more than ten years, she led multi-million dollar cases involving dangerous products, including mesothelioma, vaginal mesh, and defective hip implants. These complex cases gave her insight into holding corporations accountable for their actions.

Since 2016, Kyla has returned to her roots in employment law while continuing to handle serious injury and wrongful death claims. Her combined experience in both areas makes her a powerful advocate for people whose lives have been affected by injustice or negligence.
