Ms. Doolittle earned her undergraduate degree cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1996 and her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2000. She began her career as a litigation associate at a prominent Washington, D.C. law firm and later practiced independently in Florida, representing clients in labor and employment law matters. She is board-certified in labor and employment law by the Florida Bar, a distinction that recognizes her legal expertise and courtroom experience.
Since 2016, Ms. Doolittle has specialized in Title IX investigations, serving as an outside investigator for educational institutions across Florida.
