Kirsten Doolittle is a seasoned labor and employment trial attorney with over two decades of experience representing employees, employers, and academic institutions. Her practice spans federal and state court litigation, administrative proceedings, labor arbitrations, and workplace investigations, focusing on handling complex, sensitive disputes with precision and professionalism.

Ms. Doolittle earned her undergraduate degree cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1996 and her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2000. She began her career as a litigation associate at a prominent Washington, D.C. law firm and later practiced independently in Florida, representing clients in labor and employment law matters. She is board-certified in labor and employment law by the Florida Bar, a distinction that recognizes her legal expertise and courtroom experience.

Since 2016, Ms. Doolittle has specialized in Title IX investigations, serving as an outside investigator for educational institutions across Florida.
