Kimberly L. Williams brings broad legal experience in civil litigation, employment law, and personal injury matters. Her practice also includes estate planning, zoning and permitting, business transactions, and land use law. Kimberly earned her B.S. from Brigham Young University in 1995. She later received her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2010, graduating magna cum laude. Her educational background helped shape her analytical and problem-solving abilities, which continue to support her work in litigation, estate matters, and business-related legal services.

Kimberly previously practiced at civil litigation law firms in Boise, Idaho, and Omaha, Nebraska, before continuing her legal career in Idaho. She is admitted to practice in all Idaho state courts and the US District Court for the District of Idaho. Her experience across different legal environments has strengthened her ability to handle a wide range of civil and business disputes.
