Kevin R. Martin

Kevin R. Martin, Esq is an attorney and founder of Martin APC, with more than 27 years of experience handling litigation and other legal matters. His practice includes business law, intellectual property, real estate, and estate planning. He handles trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret litigation, along with partnership and corporate lawsuits and disputes. His experience extends to employer-employee separation issues, real estate concerns, business litigation, and select personal injury matters.

Kevin earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. His legal education provided a foundation for a career involving commercial disputes, intellectual property rights, corporate matters, and real estate issues. He later taught Business Law at the University of Phoenix for more than a decade, adding academic instruction to his litigation and advisory experience.
