Edward Gordon

Edward Gordon is a Partner in the Bakersfield office of Borton Petrini, LLP. His practice covers business, corporate and partnership transactions, business litigation, construction law, wills and trusts, general civil law, real estate law, regulatory and administrative matters, and healthcare law. He also represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation involving insurance defense, business disputes, personal injuries, and municipal law matters, maintaining a broad statewide practice across California.

Mr. Gordon earned his B.A. from San Francisco State University in 1981 and his J.D. from Empire College School of Law in 1997. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002. He is also admitted to practice before the US District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, with those federal court admissions dating to 2016. His education and admissions support his work in California state and federal matters.
