Kevin Graham

Kevin Graham represents clients in federal employee disability retirement, Department of Defense disability retirement, employment discrimination, criminal defense, local government, personal injury, and federal employee claims. He handles matters in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, and agency proceedings before the EEOC, Merit Systems Protection Board, Office of Special Counsel, and other federal agencies. His practice includes jury trials, appellate work, and disputes involving employment, benefits, criminal charges, and injury claims.

Graham earned his B.A. from William Jewell College in 1989 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1993. His education prepared him for a career focused on courtroom advocacy, administrative proceedings, and public service. He has built his practice on legal analysis, trial preparation, and effective representation in both negotiated and contested matters.

Graham was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1993 and the Kansas Bar in 1994. He served as County Counselor for Clay County, Missouri, from 1994 to 2001 and again beginning in 2005, and he has also served as a special prosecutor for the county. His experience includes jury trials, appellate litigation, EEOC and MSPB proceedings, and claims before the Office of Special Counsel and federal agencies. He is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eighth, Tenth, and Federal Circuits. He is also a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Clay County Bar Association.
