Kevin earned his B.A. from Ohio University, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He later received his J.D. from Harvard University, Magna Cum Laude. Kevin has more than 20 years of experience advising clients in renewable energy, oil and gas, and financial services. He handles disputes involving investment treaty protection, concession agreements, joint operating agreements, business torts, and corporate governance issues. He has served as lead advocate in more than 25 arbitration matters under ICSID, SCC, ICC, and ad hoc arbitration rules, often acting as first or second chair.
