Michael W. Mayberry is an experienced civil litigation attorney with Owens Davies, P.S. in Olympia, Washington. He has represented clients in motor vehicle accidents, aircraft crashes, product defect claims, toxic exposure cases, and pharmaceutical malpractice matters. In environmental litigation, he helped the Port of Olympia recover more than $7 million in insurance coverage related to contamination claims. He also successfully represented clients in complex federal environmental cases involving significant financial exposure.
