Kevin A. Crass

Kevin A. Crass is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group at Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP in Little Rock, Arkansas. He focuses on complex business litigation, defending clients in class actions, securities fraud, ERISA disputes, trade secrets, intellectual property infringement, environmental and toxic torts, and contract claims. With decades of trial experience in state and federal courts, he also represents clients before government bodies and provides regulatory counsel. Since 1997, he has served as personal counsel to former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee and has represented other constitutional officers in the state.

Crass earned his B.A., with honors, from Ouachita Baptist University in 1981 and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1984. Admitted to practice in Arkansas, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, he has built a career dedicated to high-stakes litigation and appellate advocacy.

Crass serves on the Board of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals Bar Association, the Board of Visitors of UA Little Rock, and has chaired the War Memorial Stadium Commission. He is the immediate past Chairman of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce and has also served on the Federal Practice Committee for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. His civic involvement includes leadership roles with the Boys and Girls Club of Central Arkansas, First Tee of Central Arkansas, and the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Foundation Fund Board
