Kerry O’Donnell

Kerry O’Donnell is an associate attorney at Zamani & Associates PLLC. She focuses her practice on family law and is strongly committed to protecting children and supporting families. She brings a well-rounded legal perspective informed by civil litigation experience and a deep understanding of family dynamics, making her a powerful advocate in sensitive legal matters.

Kerry received her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she earned a Law and Technology Institute Certificate with an intellectual property focus. She served as Lead Articles Editor for The Journal of Law and Technology and Chief Financial Officer of the Moot Court Association. Her legal scholarship, addressing telemedicine and opioid treatment access, earned her recognition as a Faculty-Elected Scholar. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University, Columbia College.

Before joining Zamani & Associates, Kerry gained hands-on experience representing clients as a certified student attorney through Columbus Community Legal Services’ Families and the Law Clinic. In addition, she served as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), where she supported children navigating the complexities of the foster care system—work that continues to shape her empathetic, client-centered approach.

Kerry O’Donnell combines her psychology background with a compassionate, client-centered approach to family law, with a strong focus on child custody, visitation, and child advocacy cases. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Italian, she effectively supports and communicates with diverse families, providing accessible legal representation to clients from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
