Trace D. McRaney brings over three decades of courtroom and appellate experience to his legal practice. Trace has earned a respected reputation for handling complex litigation involving insurance defense, premises liability, civil rights, and workers’ compensation. His work spans jury and bench trials, as well as oral arguments before appellate courts, including the U.S. Fifth Circuit.
Trace began his academic journey at Pearl River Community College, where he played varsity football and earned recognition in Who’s Who Among American Junior College Students. He continued his education at Millsaps College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History cum laude in 1990, while lettering in both football and baseball. He completed his legal education at the University of Mississippi School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1994 and serving on the Mississippi Law Journal.
