Marc E. Reisman is a respected trial attorney at Rosenblum & Reisman, Attorneys at Law, with a primary focus on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and civil rights litigation. Known for his precision, legal insight, and dedication to clients, Mr. Reisman handles complex, high-stakes cases involving life-altering injuries and tragic losses. He also leads the firm’s appellate practice, ensuring that trial verdicts are upheld through strong legal writing and argument.

Mr. Reisman earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Memphis School of Law and his B.S. in Finance, also with honors, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He began his legal career clerking for two judges on Tennessee’s appellate courts, gaining experience that would later shape his advocacy in both trial and appellate courts.

Licensed in Tennessee since 1989, Mr. Reisman is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Federal Circuit. His courtroom experience includes trials, appeals, and settlements in a wide range of serious injury cases.

Mr. Reisman has received numerous honors, including recognition as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers and selection as a Best Lawyer® by U.S. News. He holds an AV Preeminent® peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has received the “Attorney for Justice” designation from the Tennessee Supreme Court for his pro bono work.
