Kenneth F. Albright

Kenneth F. Albright is an experienced attorney with over 40 years of legal expertise in business law, commercial real estate, taxation, securities, and estate planning. He represents small to medium-sized businesses and individuals, helping them navigate complex legal matters with strategic and practical solutions. His work covers corporate transactions, real estate and zoning, labor and employment, and energy law. Throughout his career, Ken has built a reputation for providing high-quality legal services that protect and support his client’s financial and business interests.

Ken earned his LL.M. from Southern Methodist University in 1982. Before that, he completed his J.D. at the University of Oklahoma in 1981 and obtained his B.A. in Economics from Oklahoma State University in 1978.

Ken has been a partner at Albright, Rusher & Hardcastle since 1987, focusing on corporate structuring, strategic tax planning, and securities law for businesses and investors. Previously, he practiced at Holliman, Langholz, Runnels & Dorwart from 1981 to 1987, building deep experience in business and tax law. He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, including before the Oklahoma Supreme Court and all Oklahoma district courts, as well as the U.S. Tax Court.

Kenneth F.
