Kenneth F. Albright

Kenneth F. Albright is an experienced attorney with over 40 years of legal expertise in business law, commercial real estate, taxation, securities, and estate planning. He represents small to medium-sized businesses and individuals, helping them navigate complex legal matters with strategic and practical solutions. His work covers corporate transactions, real estate and zoning, labor and employment, and energy law. Throughout his career, Ken has built a reputation for providing high-quality legal services that protect and support his client’s financial and business interests.

Ken earned his LL.M. from Southern Methodist University in 1982. Before that, he completed his J.D. at the University of Oklahoma in 1981 and obtained his B.A. in Economics from Oklahoma State University in 1978.

Since 1987, Ken has been a partner at Albright, Rusher & Hardcastle, where he has worked on corporate structuring, tax planning, and securities law. Before that, he practiced at Holliman, Langholz, Runnels & Dorwart from 1981 to 1987, gaining extensive experience in business and tax law. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, including the Oklahoma Supreme Court and all district courts, as well as the U.S. Tax Court.

Kenneth F. Albright’s expertise has been recognized with an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, and being named Tulsa’s Top Lawyer and 2015 Oil and Gas Lawyer of the Year.
