Dalila J. Berry

Dalila J. Berry is an associate attorney at Blank Rome, focusing on business and finance law. She advises clients on a wide range of financing transactions, representing borrowers, banks, commercial finance companies, and institutional lenders. Her expertise includes commercial lending, asset-based financing, acquisition financing, mezzanine and second-lien lending, debtor-in-possession financing, and ESOP lending.

Dalila works with middle-market and small businesses, as well as multinational corporations, helping them secure the financing they need for growth, expansion, and restructuring. She also provides counsel on multi-jurisdictional and multi-currency lending matters.

Dalila J. Berry also has significant experience in workouts and restructuring. She has worked with financial institutions to negotiate global workouts and forbearance agreements, including structuring over $100 million in credit facilities for real estate developers. She has also represented agents and lenders in debtor-in-possession financing, helping struggling businesses navigate financial difficulties.
