Tim earned his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College in 1971, his J.D. from Temple University in 1974—where he served as an editor of the Temple Law Review—and later obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University in 1982. His advanced knowledge of taxation law enhances his ability to navigate complex financial structures and estate planning matters. He has been admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania since 1974.
