About

Ken Parker focuses his practice at Parker Key Law LLC, on intellectual property law, business transactions, entity formation, permitting, dispute resolution, and general business matters. He helps clients protect ideas, structure deals, form companies, and address conflicts with practical legal guidance. His work includes trade secret disputes, appeal settlements, intellectual property acquisitions, license agreements, trademark registrations, and copyright registrations. Ken brings litigation, regulatory, and transactional experience to each matter, helping clients move through legal problems with steady judgment, clear planning, and attention to business goals.

Ken earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. During law school, he served as Publications Editor of the Northeastern University Law Journal and worked as a research assistant for four professors. He served as a teaching assistant and became a national semi-finalist in the Pace Environmental Moot Court Competition. He completed four full-time legal internships, which gave him direct training with respected attorneys in public service, private practice, government enforcement, intellectual property litigation, corporate work, and research.

Ken built his legal career through work with Boston intellectual property practices, federal prosecutors, securities regulators, and pro bono clinics. At Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, he worked in litigation and trained under intellectual property trial lawyers. At GTC Law Group, he assisted with acquisitions, patent applications, and corporate governance matters. He also served in the Health Care Fraud Unit of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts and in the Enforcement Division of the SEC’s Boston Regional Office.

Ken Parker has helped clients by pursuing strong results and resolving serious business problems. He won a $671,000 judgment in a trade secrets dispute, negotiated an appeal settlement worth $250,000 more than the trial result, and settled a case seeking millions of dollars for no payment from the client. His experience also includes preparing major intellectual property agreements and securing many trademark and copyright registrations. Ken helps clients protect assets, reduce risk, and make informed legal decisions.
