Ken Gerber

Ken Gerber is the President and Senior Attorney of Gerber Injury Law, an Arizona-based personal injury law firm. With more than 25 years in legal practice, he has built a strong reputation for handling complex injury claims and standing up for people harmed by negligence. His background in jury trials allows him to approach each case with strategy, preparation, and a clear focus on results. Ken earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Tulane University in New Orleans. He later attended Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he graduated cum laude with a J.D. While at Stetson, he was a member of the nationally ranked #1 Trial Team, gaining early courtroom experience through state and national mock trial victories. This strong academic and trial-focused education shaped his long-term commitment to excellence in litigation.

Ken, after law school, began his legal career as a prosecuting attorney. In this role, he handled thousands of criminal cases and conducted more jury trials than any other prosecutor in the same time period. His courtroom experience led him to plaintiff personal injury law, where his trial skills directly benefited injured clients. In 2001, he founded his own plaintiff’s personal injury practice, which expanded to multiple offices in Florida before relocating to Arizona.

Ken Gerber represents individuals injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and other injury cases today. He is licensed to practice in all Arizona courts and the U.S. District Court for Arizona.
