Sean Tracey

Sean Tracey, managing partner at Tracey Fox & Walters, is a board-certified civil trial and personal injury attorney with more than 25 years of experience. He represents clients across Texas and the United States in personal injury, product liability, and complex mass tort litigation, with a results-driven focus.

Sean earned a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston in 1991 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in Houston in 1988. His education built a strong foundation for trial advocacy and disciplined legal analysis in demanding civil litigation settings.

Sean focuses his practice on pharmaceutical litigation, product liability, personal injury, toxic torts, and wrongful death.
