She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and remains focused on civil rights and employment law issues.
Kelsey gained valuable legal experience during law school through internships and volunteer work with major organizations. She worked with the Washington Lawyers’ Committee Workers’ Rights Clinic, where she supported workers in need of legal assistance. Her time at the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division and the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection further deepened her knowledge of workplace rights and systemic injustice.
Kelsey previously served as an associate at Bernabei & Kabat, PLLC. In that role, she represented employees in a range of discrimination and retaliation matters.
