Keith E. Trower

Keith E. Trower is an attorney at Warshafsky Law Firm, where he represents injured clients and families in personal injury matters across Wisconsin statewide. His practice includes car, truck, motorcycle, construction, railroad, and slip and fall accidents, along with wrongful death and product liability claims. Trower serves clients in Milwaukee, Green Bay, Waukesha, Racine, and Kenosha. His background in the courts and insurance defense helps him guide clients through claims involving insurers and serious injuries.

Trower earned a B.A. from Marquette University and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Madison. His legal education prepared him for litigation, insurance matters, and personal injury practice. During his early legal career, he gained practical experience through work with the Wisconsin Department of Justice and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. These roles strengthened his understanding of legal research, civil litigation, case evaluation, court procedures, and the development of effective legal arguments and advocacy.

Trower began his legal practice clerking in the Milwaukee County Circuit Court for Judge Michael Guolee and later Judge Elsa Lamelas. After becoming licensed in Illinois, he worked in Chicago for a firm focused on insurance defense and insurance coverage. That experience gave him direct insight into how insurers evaluate and defend claims. He applies that knowledge while representing injured clients who are pursuing compensation and responding to insurance company arguments in personal injury cases.

Keith E. Trower continues his practice at Warshafsky Law Firm while remaining active in the legal community. He serves as Vice Chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association’s Circuit Court Bench/Bar Committee and was selected as a Super Lawyer in 2025. His work includes helping injured people and families understand the claims process, address insurance disputes, and pursue accountability after serious harm. His legal writing has included a publication addressing wrongful death claims under Illinois law.
