Peter Friedmann

Peter Friedmann is an experienced Ohio employment litigation attorney and a founding member of The Friedmann Firm, LLC. He represents employees throughout Ohio in state and federal courts. His practice focuses almost exclusively on labor and employment law, including discrimination, harassment, FMLA issues, unpaid wages, overtime and commission disputes, employee misclassification, severance negotiations, wrongful termination, unlawful retaliation, and whistleblower claims. He is admitted to all Ohio state courts, both Ohio federal district courts, the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Pete graduated from Ohio University’s College of Business in 2008 and earned a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 2012. During law school, he received the Outstanding Service & Leadership Award for his contributions to the Corporate Law Moot Court team. He also earned national honorary recognition for oral and written advocacy after participating in a mock trial argued before the Delaware Supreme Court.

Pete has secured substantial compensation and restitution for employees through trial verdicts and settlements. He advocates for workers inside and outside the courtroom, handling disputes that can affect careers, income, and financial security. His litigation experience allows him to evaluate workplace claims, explain available options, prepare cases carefully, and pursue resolutions that protect his clients’ rights.
