About
Kaylee A. Harmon is a partner in the Cheyenne office of Long Reimer Winegar LLP. She focuses on trust and estate administration, estate and business planning, and related civil litigation. Her practice also includes probate, guardianships and conservatorships, real estate and land use, and natural resources. She helps clients navigate planning decisions, administration, and disputes involving property and business interests.
Harmon received a B.A. in Criminal Justice Administration from Park University in 2015, graduating with distinction. She earned a J.D. with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2019 and was a member of the Order of the Coif. As a law student, she served as a Student Editor for the Wyoming Law Review. Her academic work supports detailed research and analysis in trust and estate matters.
After law school, Harmon clerked for Chief Judge Scott W. Skavdahl of the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming. She had previously externed for Magistrate Judge Kelly H. Rankin and worked in the Laramie County District Attorney’s Office and the University of Wyoming Student Legal Services Office. She brings that court and public service experience to probate, trust, business, and real estate-related matters.
Kaylee A. Harmon serves as president of the United Way of Laramie County board and participates in the Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council and the Ewing T. Kerr Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Her firm lists Rising Star recognition in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Her legal writing, judicial clerkship, and community leadership complement her work helping clients address complex planning and administration questions.
