About
Nicholas M. Crandall is a partner at Bonner Crandall Beckett in Cody, Wyoming. His practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions, complex business matters, estate planning, and probate. He works with clients on legal and practical questions tied to property, business interests, and the transfer of assets. His approach emphasizes careful attention to details and clear communication as clients make important decisions.
Crandall earned a J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2013 and a B.A. in Social Sciences from San Diego State University in 2008. In law school, he participated in the Legal Services Clinic and held leadership roles in the student chapter of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and Delta Theta Phi. That training supports his work with documents, transactions, and client concerns that call for close analysis.
Following law school, Crandall practiced at Steven L. Simonton, P.C. and joined Bonner Law Firm in Cody in 2014. He remained with the practice as it became Bonner Crandall Beckett. His work spans real estate and business matters alongside estate planning and probate, allowing him to consider how property and business decisions relate to longer-term plans. He has also taught business law as an adjunct instructor at Northwest College.
Crandall has served on the board of directors of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and was named to the Wyoming Business Report’s 2017 Forty Under 40 class. These roles complement his practice in Cody and his involvement in the state’s legal community. Nicholas M. Crandall helps clients address transactions and planning matters with attention to the documents, relationships, and goals involved in each situation.
