Karl Gerber

Karl Gerber is the founder and principal attorney of Employment Lawyers Group, a firm devoted to protecting employee rights throughout California since 1993. With more than 30 years of legal experience, he has represented thousands of employees in cases involving wrongful termination, wage theft, discrimination, and harassment.

Mr. Gerber earned his Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1993. He was admitted to the California Bar the same year and is also admitted to practice before several U.S. District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His educational and professional background has helped establish him as a trusted advocate for California’s workforce.

As a seasoned litigator, Mr. Gerber has first-chaired over 50 jury trials and binding arbitrations, securing favorable verdicts and settlements for employees across a broad range of industries.
