Ms. Verby earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho School of Law, where she concentrated her studies in estate planning, elder law, and advanced legal research. She also attended Gonzaga University School of Law during her legal studies. Before law school, she earned her B.A. from the University of Oregon, graduating cum laude, receiving Dean’s List honors, and earning an academic scholarship. She also studied abroad at L’Université Catholique de l’Ouest in France.
Ms. Verby’s career began in the Cherry Creek area of Denver, Colorado, where she gained practical experience in estate planning and probate law. Over the years, she has developed deep knowledge in guiding clients through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other planning tools, as well as handling estate administration matters. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Federal Bar Association, reflecting her commitment to both elder law and the broader legal community.
