About
Ashley Perry is an associate with Racine Olson in Pocatello, Idaho, where her practice areas include estate planning and family law. She works with individuals and families on planning matters and legal disputes that can involve significant personal, financial, and long-term consequences. Her background includes law-journal work, federal and international legal study, government experience, and an appellate judicial clerkship, all of which support careful legal research and writing.
Ashley earned a B.S. from Brigham Young University in 2015 and a J.D. from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2020. She was a Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Fellow and Leo & Annette Beus Top Scholar and served as an Associate Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. She also completed her third year in Washington, D.C. as an International Law Fellow.
Ashley interned with the U.S. Department of State while studying in Washington and, after graduation, served for a year as a judicial law clerk to Judge Michael Brown on the Arizona Court of Appeals. In that role, she researched and drafted memorandum decisions and opinions involving a range of civil matters. That experience strengthened skills in legal analysis, issue framing, and written advocacy that she now applies to estate planning and family-law matters.
Ashley Perry is licensed to practice in all Idaho state and federal courts and in the District of Columbia. Her combination of appellate-clerkship experience, journal work, and client-focused practice provides a strong foundation for evaluating legal questions and explaining options clearly. At Racine Olson, she helps clients address estate planning and family law needs with careful research, organized preparation, and attention to the practical effects of legal decisions.
