Eric Baldwin

Eric Baldwin is the founder of Baldwin Law, PLLC in Meridian, Idaho. His practice focuses on family law, estate planning, probate, and a variety of legal issues affecting individuals and families in Southwest Idaho. He established the firm after years in private practice and brings experience from both judicial clerkship work and client representation. His practice is built around helping families address legal problems with practical, locally grounded guidance.

Eric earned an A.A. from Ricks College, a B.A. in Geology from Idaho State University, and a J.D. from Michigan State University – Detroit School of Law. During law school, he served as an associate editor of the Journal of Medicine and Law and participated in the Environmental Law Society. His education developed research and analytical skills that support work involving family disputes, estate documents, and probate proceedings.

Eric returned to Idaho after law school to clerk for the Honorable Dennis E. Goff in Caldwell. The two-year clerkship exposed him to a wide range of legal matters and court procedures. He later spent seven years with Lovan Roker, P.C. before moving his practice to Meridian and forming Baldwin Law. That background provides direct experience with judicial decision-making, private-practice counseling, and litigation involving individuals and families.

Eric Baldwin is admitted to the Idaho State Bar and works with clients on matters that often involve important family, property, and future-planning decisions.
