Julianna Favale

Julianna Favale is a rising legal talent whose practice centers on intellectual property, municipal liability, medical malpractice defense, and insurance defense. She provides sharp, detail-oriented legal representation and has earned recognition for her commitment to advocacy and community service.

Julianna earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where she was a national finalist on the FSU Law Trial Team and held multiple leadership roles, including President of the Women’s Law Symposium. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Law Studies from the University of Florida.

Before entering private practice, Julianna served as a law clerk for the General Counsel in the Executive Office of the Florida Governor. This experience gave her a strong foundation in public policy and government-related legal matters, enhancing her work in municipal liability and civil defense.

Admitted to practice in Florida, Julianna is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Her affiliations include The Florida Bar, Jacksonville Bar Association, and the Chester Bedell Inn of Court. She actively serves on the Board of Governors for the JBA Young Lawyers Section and participates in various Jacksonville Area Legal Aid clinics.

Julianna Favale’s dedication extends beyond the courtroom. She volunteers with Communities in Schools of Jacksonville and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and a “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers.
