Jennie Maldonado

Jennie Maldonado is a seasoned civil litigator with over 25 years of experience handling high-stakes and complex litigation matters across North Carolina. Her legal practice includes wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, medical malpractice, and constitutional claims under §1983. She is also experienced in product liability, environmental and toxic torts, construction defects, premises liability, and insurance coverage disputes.

Jennie began her academic journey at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Campbell University School of Law, setting the foundation for a distinguished career in civil litigation and appellate advocacy.

Throughout her career, Jennie has successfully tried more than a dozen cases to verdict in both state and federal courts. Her work extends to appellate advocacy, with experience before the North Carolina Appellate Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
